The Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our HR Manager with HR Projects and acting as the first point of contact for People Managers (first line managers), Employees and other HR team members throughout the colleague journey.

You should have:

• Learning and Development experience
• Membership of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
• Advanced level IT skills with MS Office and/or HR software
• Knowledge of HR systems, policies and best practice
• Attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
