A fantastic opportunity is now available to join our Payroll team at Abellio Shared Services in the centre of Glasgow. Our team provide a number of services including Customer Experience, Finance and Payroll. The Role:

Your job is to administer the ‘back office’ of our payroll systems to ensure processes, structure and workflows produce an efficient, accurate and on time payroll as well as Payroll administration tasks.

You should have:

  • Knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, and national insurance rules
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Proficient in use of MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Able to build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What you will get:

  • £27,500 pro rata 
  • Permanent 
  • Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours.
  • Hybrid working (60% in Glasgow office)
