We are looking to recruit two HR Case Managers, one being permanent and the other on a fixed term basis covering a secondment.  You will provide professional HR advice based on extensive legal knowledge and procedural understanding in all core people processes. You will provide support in the review and development of people processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement that promotes business effectiveness and reduces risk.

 You will bring with you the following skills and experience:

• Experience in HR working in a unionised environment
• Experience of working in a fast paced HR environment
• A can do attitude with a drive to deliver
• A strong focus on process and experience of working with complex processes
• Demonstrates continuous self-development
