Customer Panel (East, West and South)

*This is an unpaid voluntary position on a part-time basis for 1 year*

Be part of something rewarding, by joining Greater Anglia’s Customer Panel where you will be able to contribute to our customers’ experience across the East of England.  With a staff of over 2,500, we operate a busy commuter service from London Liverpool Street to destinations across the East of England.  Customer feedback is very important to us and helps to shape the services that we offer to meet our customer needs and expectations. Our Customer Panel is key for us to collate feedback and we're looking for customers from across the community to get involved.

Role and Accountability

We have a new and exciting opportunity to expand our Customer Panel and make the process more efficient by moving to a new online platform on a 12-month trial basis.

This will help to improve communication between Greater Anglia and our panel members because you will no longer have to wait until a meeting to raise any suggestions or issues, creating a continual dialogue with us and giving you a much quicker response. It also means that for those who are interested in being a part of the panel but are unable to attend meetings, there is no longer a barrier to getting involved.

The online platform will allow us to set particular discussion points and keep you updated with changes to the business as they are happening- and get your feedback more quickly and efficiently on how this will affect you and our customers. You will also be able to use it to raise your own discussion points and get feedback directly from Greater Anglia managers.
