Contract Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced, knowledgeable and flexible Administrator to join our busy and successful Contracts Management Team.

Role and Accountability

This role will be pivotal in supporting the delivery and management of a significant contract and commercial agreements within Engineering and specifically in relation to the introduction and management of our Fleet of Stadler trains.

The individual will need to demonstrate ability and success in the regular and accurate translation of raw operational data into Billing Details as well as analysis of costs / charges received to determine validity. The role presents the challenge of modifying and / or creating new and improved Admin Systems during a period of change and transition within the business. The role requires working on initiative with initial direction and expects the successful candidate to challenge and support continuous improvement of established processes.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required

We are seeking someone who ideally has a background in and understanding of the Rail Engineering environment and is used to work collaboratively with diverse internal and supplier / external teams.

You will require significant skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point along with a willingness and ability to incorporate new systems and processes.
