Due to the successful acquisition of various new routes we are currently recruiting for an additional Lost Mileage & Revenue Analysts based at our Hayes depot. The post holder will collate and input all lost mileage data on a daily basis and will work closely with the Operations Manager and Driver Managers within the depot to investigate any discrepancies in lost mileage reports.

Main Responsibilities

• Collate all relevant lost mileage data from log cards, curtailment sheets, signing on sheets, missing trips and engineering sheets on a daily basis.
• Check/audit on a regular basis, drivers hours and sign on/off reports to ensure compliance
• Liaise with the Operations Manager/Driver Manager/Performance Manger investigating any discrepancies in lost mileage reports.
• Produce weekly and period reports with variance analysis.
• Have a duty of care for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues at all times, including a duty to report unsafe acts or omissions to safety. You should always follow all safety instructions in respect of how you undertake your role within the Business.

The Candidate

• Person with at least 2 years extensive experience in the bus industry & working in an office environment
• Good verbal communication and negotiation skills are essential
• Demonstrable ability to work as an effective team member and alone
• Ability to prioritise between accuracy and timeliness of information
• Presents information in a manner that enables others to understand and take appropriate action
• Must be fully competent on able to use a computer and various IT packages
