An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Line Supervisor at Sandwell and Dudley on a full time, permanent basis.  You would supervise the day to day activities of both platform and customer service assistants to ensure the efficient operation of the station and minimise any delay wherever possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all dispatched train services are delivered correctly as well as ensuring first class customer service is being delivered to our customers.  You would ensure the stations are providing a clean, safe and presentable environment to all customers according to West Midland Railway.  A key element of the role is the supervision of front line customer service colleagues along the Stour Valley North Line.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

You will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieves full compliance with all aspects of the safety critical management system at Sandwell and Dudley.  The shift times will range from 05:00 to 23:50 and will include weekend working.

Candidates will be required to dispatch trains within the role and should they not hold current competency they will be required to take and pass the dispatch assessments within the recrutiment process to be considered.
