Customer Sales Level 2

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Customer Sales Team based at Brimsdown Station.

Role and Accountability

You will provide exceptional customer service to Greater Anglia customers through the provision of ticket sales, oyster enquiries, assistance with travel queries and effective maintenance of the station ticket vending machines

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required

You need to be confident, enthusiastic, and flexible with a 'can do' attitude towards your work. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be ready to assist our customers with any queries or help they need. This role can be physically demanding. Shifts cover 7 days a week with both early and late shifts forming part of the roster. The working week is 35 hours. All applicants need to be able to work the full roster.
