Revenue Protection Officer​

Here at Greater Anglia we are committed to making every journey better for our customers. A number of opportunities have arisen within the Revenue Protection team for  Revenue Protection Officers based at Stansted Airport.

Role and Accountability:​

We are looking for people who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, work safely, promote innovation, have integrity, deliver results and are team players.  Ideally you will be a flexible, enthusiastic and hard working individual, with a drive to provide our customers with excellent customer service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced. 

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:​

If you are flexible and customer focused, this could be the role for you. You will also need to be a problem solver, and be able to think on your feet, as you will encounter many different situations on a daily basis.  Being able to make decisions quickly, and communicate these effectively, is an essential part of the role.  You will be expected to write reports and your commitment to the role is essential.

Please note that you will be required to work shifts between 05:00 and 01:00, and also work weekends and bank holidays.
