West Midlands Trains has an exciting opportunity for an IT Cloud Services and Enterprise Mobility Manager to join the IT Team based at our Head Office in Birmingham.  This is a fantastic time to join West Midlands Trains. We operate services in and around the West Midlands, now called West Midlands Railway (WMR) and services from the North West to London, now called London Northwestern Railway (LNR).

This exciting role will lead the day to day support and management of our cloud Services such as Office 365 and Azure provided services. To cover basic Exchange usage and the implementation and support of Data Loss prevention policies. Enhancing existing services and any new applications to maximise the use of Azure Active Directory Single Sign on.  The role will also be the primary interface with our Enterprise Mobility provider and work with them on the development, day to day management for the delivery of Applications to ensure the business maximise the use of the SMART device fleet.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Knowledge of current computing technologies related to personal computing in a business environment, in particular Microsoft 365, Android Operating System, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suites and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Knowledge of current server products to include and Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft Azure.

Knowledge and experience of good customer service principles and practices.
