Key accountabilities / responsibilities:

Our London HQ team are looking for a Receptionist / Team Administrator to join a small and busy team.

The successful candidate will support the business covering our London HQ reception, where they will be the first point of contact for any visitors, suppliers, customers and colleagues from other Abellio offices and our Operating Companies.

The role will also be responsible for office administration tasks; ranging from stock control (e.g. ordering business cards, office supplies, food/beverage and kitchen stock), raising Purchase Orders for the team and receipting invoices, assisting with arrangements for team meetings and organising events.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written)

  • Highly organised and professional
