An exciting opportunity has arisen for talented customer service and focused professionals to join our team as Senior Conductors, for our Northampton and Bletchley Depots.

These roles are for a talent-pool, we have various intakes across the year.

The Role
As a Trainee Senior Conductor, you will play a key role in the safe and smooth running of our service, assisting passengers with any enquiries or problems, checking and issuing tickets, and ensuring the safety of the crew and customers. Safety is a vital part of this role.

With experience of cash-handling in a customer service or retail environment, you’ll be friendly and approachable, with first-class communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations. You must be willing to work on a shift basis Monday to Saturday, with Sunday shifts as agreed, and your own transport would be advisable due to shift start and end times.
