This vacancy will commence on the 17th February 2020, you will not be able to take annual leave for 3months from the course stated date due to training.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two talented customer service professionals to join our team as a Senior Conductor, for our Worcester Depot. As a Trainee Senior Conductor, you will play a key role in the safe and smooth running of our service, assisting passengers with any enquiries or problems, checking and issuing tickets, and ensuring the safety of the crew and customers.

With experience of cash-handling in a customer service or retail environment, you’ll be friendly and approachable, with first-class communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations. You must be willing to work on a shift basis Monday to Saturday, with Sunday shifts as agreed, and your own transport would be advisable due to shift start and end times.

Recruitment Process

Once you’ve submitted your application form, it will go through a shortlisting process. You will then be required to complete psychometric assessments suitable for the role of Conductor. If successful, you will then undertake a face to face interview with a Conductor Manager and then be required to attend a medical assessment. Once you have passed all stages of the process, you will remain on our talent pool until a place on a training course becomes available.
