Automatic Ticket Gate Operator

We have excellent opportunities within our Revenue Protection Team for a number of Automatic Ticket Gate Operator positions (ATG). This advert is for current and future positions.

You will work an average of 35 hours per week. The role will involve early starts, late finishes, weekend and bank holiday working. You will be required to work shifts between 05:00am and 01:00am. Candidates that apply must live no further than 15 miles from our East and West locations.

West Area: - Harlow Town, Tottenham Hale, Broxbourne, Cambridge, Bishops Stortford, & Cheshunt.

East Area: - Shenfield, Billericay, Southend, Chelmsford, Colchester, Norwich & Ipswich

Main Duties

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to provide our customers with excellent customer service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gate line facility (ATGs). In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gate line (ATGs), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy. You will need to be customer focused, approachable and consistently looking to improve our customers’ journeys by understanding their individual needs.

Salary is £15,609 for all locations apart from Tottenham Hale which is £17,982

Process
