On-Board Host

We currently have a vacancy in our On-Board Catering Team based at Norwich.

Main Duties:

You will provide exceptional Customer Service to Greater Anglia Customers through the provision of providing refreshments from the Cafe Bar or an At Seat Trolley Service on our mainline service between Norwich and London.

What we are looking for:

You need to be confident, enthusiastic, flexible with a 'can do' attitude towards your work. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be ready to assist our customers with any queries or help they need. This role can be physically demanding.

Shifts cover 7 days a week with both early and late shifts forming part of the roster. The working week is 35 hours with the earliest start being 04:30am, the latest finish is 02:00am. All applicants need to be able to work the full roster.
