Assistant Area Customer Services Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service team for an Assistant Area Customer Service Manager. As part of a recently awarded long-term franchise, Greater Anglia is investing £1.4bn in new trains, staff facilities and colleague development and in the process transforming the customer journey experience for millions of our customers each day.

Main Duties:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a group of stations and ticket offices, you will be a natural leader of people, who can lead, engage, and coach your teams to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and changing business.

Your key duties will be to support the Area Customer Service Manager in delivering the business plan within your area.  Experience in delivering change and improving processes in a technical environment is an advantage. This is a safety critical role and with a responsibility for thousands of passenger journeys per day, you will be ready to deliver all statutory and regulatory obligations required.
