Contract Administrator (Engineering)

We are recruiting for an experienced, knowledgeable and flexible Administrator to join our dynamic and successful Contracts Management Team. Please note this is a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract.

Main Duties:

This role will be pivotal in supporting the delivery and management of several significant Contracts and Agreements within Engineering. These relate primarily to the provision or receipt of Depot and associated Services across our entire Network.

The individual will need to demonstrate ability and success in the regular and accurate translation of raw operational data into Billing details as well as analysis of costs / charges received to determine validity. The role offers the challenge of modifying and or creating new and improved Admin Systems whilst we enjoy a period of change and improvement across the wider business.

This role will involve frequent travel across our various locations to review activities and collect data and a flexible approach to both working times and locations is paramount.

What we are looking for:

You will have excellent MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Power Point Skills, and will be well versed in Requirements interpretation and Systems improvement.
