West Midlands Trains have an exciting opportunity for a Right Time Railway Manager to join the Performance Team at our Birmingham based Head Office. 

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be the company expert in Right Time Railway methodologies. The RTR Manager will use existing industry recognised tools and techniques for improving our overall performance and become the key person to embed these tools, techniques and the ethos of Right Time Railway into the business.

They will be required to work closely internally within the business, externally with other TOC (inside and outside our group) and with Network Rail to also find new and exciting approaches to performance improvement whilst being resolute in delivering a Right Time Railway for our customers.
