Presentation Operational Production Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Presentation Management Team within the North Area, supporting service delivery across Norwich, Cambridge, Colchester, Clacton, Ipswich and Harwich.

Main Duties:

To meet our customers’ needs by providing clean, safe and presentable trains. To support the Presentation Production Manager in the day to day management of Greater Anglia Presentation teams including their performance and safety. To ensure a high standard of train cleaning on all interior and exterior train units operated by Greater Anglia including the daily monitoring of work in progress and finished work, assessing the competency of presentation staff to required standard. Delivery of company objectives with regards to safety, performance, reputation, customer service and costs. Following Greater Anglia values: Genuine, Professional, Inclusive and Pro-active.

To ensure effective use of cleaning teams by regular visits to locations, checking work output, quality control, to ensure individuals meet both safety and quality standards at all times. When necessary communicate with other members of staff for any information or action that may be relevant to their safety or wellbeing.

What we are looking for:

A motivated team player with the ability to motivate others. You should have experience of Absence management including stage 2 and 3, Performance management stage 2 and 3.

You will be available to work at all locations, as required. Part of rostered on call.
