West Midlands Trains has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Partnership Manager, a brand new role as part of the new franchise.
The role has been created to develop a brand-new business market strategy targeting corporate & independent business segments within the WMR and LNR geographic catchment to drive new revenues for WMT. Procure and lead targeting & fulfilment solutions to generate sales leads and conversions.
Drive additional passenger revenue streams from one-off partners (eg. sports events) and longer term strategic / marketing partners (eg. West Midlands Growth Company, airports, local enterprise partnerships etc).
Key Accountabilities
Develop and lead a brand new corporate business and independent business market strategy to drive modal shift to WMT services, to meet pre-determined revenue targets.
Identify large-scale tactical partners to deliver additional revenue streams from one-off events or longer-term relationships.
Own & manage the relationship with Abellio Corporate Travel utilising its sales services (and others) to facilitate e-commerce solutions or alternative fulfilment methods to support market needs profitably.
