West Midlands Trains has an exciting opportunity for ​a Fleet Performance Manager to join our business. This role will be accountable for the delivery of a robust, consistent process of reliability performance improvement and management for all fleets operated by West Midlands Trains (WMT) in the areas of engineering, maintenance and operational interfaces. The role will lead the development of effective relationships with Operations, Network Rail (NWR), Leasing Companies and train manufacturers and maintenance suppliers (including Siemens, CAF, Bombardier, PMOL) to identify joint actions to drive reliability performance improvements. The role will manage the suite of fleet performance KPIs and measures, including systems and processes for data collection, validation and input, analysis, target setting and reporting, ensuring a common approach for all fleets.
