West Midlands Trains has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Train Presentation to join our company, a brand new role to the organisation. The principle responsibility of this role is to be accountable for the standard of Train Presentation across the West Midlands Trains Fleet, ensuring as a minimum that the committed service quality regime requirements are met.

The role will lead and manage the station staff cleaning staff resource deployed across the WMR and LNWR stations estate and liaise with the Head of Fleet Production to deliver the standard of cleanliness and train environment demanded of our customers.  The role will also seek and identify opportunities to drive improvements to the train presentation activity using innovation and best practice.

The successful applicant will posess significant experience of managing cleaning/presentation functions at a senior level, including team management and experience in managing contractors. They will also hold an IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent.
