Customer Service Hybrid

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the team at Manningtree stations, one of our key interchanges on the Norwich to London mainline.

Main Duties:

2018 will see the start of our new trains being introduced across the network and Manningtree will play a key part in this with its Intercity services to Norwich, regional trains to Chelmsford and London as well as being an interchange for the branch line to Harwich.

Your duties will be varied and includes both platform dispatch and serving customers in the ticket office. There will be a range of shifts to cover with a pattern of early and late shifts plus some weekend working.

Commuters from all over south Suffolk and Essex flock to this busy location and so we are looking for an individual who has a keen eye for customer service as we embark on a big change for Greater Anglia.
