We have excellent opportunities within our Revenue Protection Team at Ipswich for an Automatic Ticket Gate Relief position (ATG).  Candidates that apply must live near these stations.

Main Duties:

You shall provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATG's.)  In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy. 

Please note that you will be required to work shifts between 05:00am and 01:00am, on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
