The role entails meeting our customers’ needs by providing clean, safe and presentable train and station environments, supporting the Presentation Production Manager in the day to day management of GA Presentation teams including their performance and safety, along with the daily monitoring of work in progress and finished work, assessing the competency of presentation staff to a required standard.

Delivery of company objectives with regards to safety, performance, reputation, customer service and costs, following Greater Anglia values.

 Key duties shall include:

Ensuring effective use of cleaning teams by regular visits to locations, checking work output, in particular quality control, to ensure individuals meet both safety and quality standards at all times. Managing the performance of the team including praise and discipline.

You will focus on NPS and CEPM delivery against company benchmark, taking responsibility for designated fleet and be involved in accident investigating and reporting and managing for attendance.

You shall encourage employee development through staff appraisals and monitoring training needs and action plans for individuals. Also ensure an effective briefing procedure is in place to ensure that key information can be efficiently disseminated to all employees, encouraging upward feedback.

The role shall be based at Southend Victoria and cover locations on the West Anglia route and be part of an on-call roster, including weekend and night working.
