Faults and Failures Technician

We have excellent opportunities within the Engineering team at our Ilford Depot for Faults & Failures Technicians.

Main Duties:

You will be part of a very close team, working shifts (days and nights). With almost 300 units being maintained at the depot, the job is challenging and rewarding. You will be responsible for delivering the very best levels of train maintenance, on time, safe, reliable and impeccably well presented. You will be expected to diagnose and repair a wide range of technical problems within the full range of Greater Anglia train types, contributing to improve service reliability and fleet performance.

What we are looking for:

Good experience in fleet maintenance is required, with a recognised Engineering qualification in servicing and maintenance to NVQ3 or above, additionally the 3rd discipline electronics. You must have proven fault finding experience.
