Be part of something rewarding, by joining Greater Anglia you’ll be helping our customers get from A to B. With a staff of over 2,500, we operate a busy commuter service from London Liverpool Street to destinations across the east of England.

An opportunity has arisen to be a key part of a new team being launched in March 2018 across the Greater Anglia Network.

This small team will provide a focal point for customers arriving at stations with the aim of enhancing their travel experience by assisting with a variety of station and travel enquiries, and promoting the various ticket purchasing options.

As part of the Travel Team, you will be required to work alongside station colleagues supporting them in their role, whilst also providing outstanding customer service to our passengers.

To be successful in this role the ideal applicant will be a willing and motivated individual, one who is happy to work as part of a small team working towards ambitious company targets. Flexibility will be required as the position involves travel to multiple stations across the entire Greater Anglia network for both the morning and evening peak travel times.

A prior understanding of the ticketing system would be preferable; however, full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The position is for a 25 h/w fixed term contract. Initially working Monday to Friday.You will report directly to the newly appointed Travel Team Manager.
