Our Operations Department is integral to the smooth running of our trains and Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do.  Therefore, we are looking to expand our Conductor Team to help us to improve customer experience. 

We have opportunities for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our on-board train crew teams based at Colchester, Clacton, Ipswich and Wickford.  Can you please specify on your application which location you are applying for?

Your experience in Customer Service together with your ability to work under pressurised situations will see you build a great rapport with customers and help to diffuse difficult situations to create a seamless journey.  As a first point of contact for commuters on our trains you will act as an ambassador for Abellio Greater Anglia.

If working a 35 hour per week on a shift basis that includes early starts, late finishes, weekend and bank holidays is of an interest then this may be the ideal job for you.
