We have excellent opportunities within our Revenue Protection Team at Harlow Town GPR and Cambridge for Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operators positions. Candidates that apply must live near these stations. (1 Vacancy at Harlow Town GPR and 1 Vacancy at Cambridge).

We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATG's.)  In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy. 

If you are flexible and customer focused, this could be the role for you. You will also need to be a problem solver, and be able to think on your feet, as you will encounter many different situations on a daily basis.
