Customer Relations Advisor - Fixed Term Contract - Norwich

We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Relations Team in Norwich for a Customer Relations Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The Contact Centre team answers questions and resolves issues raised by our customers across a variety of media: telephone, email and letter as well as processing Delay Repay claims. We aim to resolve issues raised by customers, and work closely with colleagues across all aspects of our business to find suitable solutions to issues raised.

You will deliver highly professional, appropriate and timely responses to all customer comments, questions and complaints, exceeding expectations and retain customer loyalty.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good knowledge of the rail network, be computer literate and preferably have experience in a customer facing role.

We are open as a department seven days per week, and we are also open during Bank Holidays.  Early and late shifts will form part of the roster.
