We have a great opportunity within our Resourcing team as Administrative Apprentice. The role will be based at our Stratford Academy for a period of 14 months. This role will be ideal for an individual looking to gain exposure within administration.

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to obtain a qualification in Level 3 Business Administration whilst on the job.

In this role, you will be required to provide administrative support to the Resourcing team. You will be involved in processing details of new entrants, including travel, booking medicals, collecting and copying of required documents for new entrants and updating the information on the HR Database.

You will be expected to update the HR database with medical results of all staff medical examinations and liaise with Occupational Health regarding the results. You will also support the team with scanning new entrant details on our personal system.

In this role, you will be required to contact candidates at various stages of the recruitment process. You will also learn to use our recruitment system. You will become a super user for our HR system to deal with issues on system administration and system security.

Salary of £16,000 per annum with an excellent travel benefit.
