We are looking to implement some changes to the Performance Team and are looking to recruit a Performance Driver in the West, based at Twickenham, who will report directly to Performance.

The Role:

• Filling gaps in service

• Covering lost mileage

• Subbing defective buses

• Have a duty of care for the health and safety of yourself, your colleagues, customers and other road users at all times, including a duty to report unsafe acts or omissions to safety.

• To undertake any other duties commensurate with the role to help the efficient running of the Performance department.

The Candidate:

• Must have a Full PCV Licence and up to date CPC

• Must be flexible in their working hours

• Ability to learn a wide number of routes, including all High frequency routes in West and South

• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
