We have an excellent opportunity within our Presentation department for a Working Team Leader at Norwich Station.

You will be an integral part of the business, ensuring we meet our customers' needs by providing clean, safe and presentable trains, along with leading a team to achieve this.

Liaising with your Operational Production Manager, you will lead and assist a team to undertake a planned cleaning programme in accordance with daily workloads, GA Presentation cleaning manuals, Safe Systems of Work, COSHH and RISK Assessments.

You shall be required to perform duties including team performance management, in-process checks, 1:1's and appraisals, daily planning, training and development, lost property and fault reporting. This role will also include cleaning and working with the team.

You will have experience leading a team and be enthusiastic, hard-working and dedicated. You will have a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach to work to tight deadlines both within a team and alone.

The role shall involve a rostered arrangement of nights and include weekend working.
