We currently have 5 vacancies in our On Board Catering team on a fixed term contract basis. The role is based at Norwich Railway Station.

The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service to Greater Anglia passengers in the provision of Catering on the mainline services between Norwich and London. You will preparing hot drinks and snacks so a good knowledge of food hygiene is required. Applicants will need to be confident in up-selling and will be targeted on revenue and sales as well as their service delivery techniques.

Applicants will need to be flexible to meet the demands of the business and will be part of a roster pattern covering 7 days a week with early starts and late finishes forming part of the roster. You also need to be physically fit as you will be on your feet for up to 10 hours and the role will include the movement of a trolley service through the train. (Shift times normally consist of either a 5 or 10 hour shift).
