An exciting opportunity has emerged in our Commercial team of a Senior Revenue and Demand Forecasting Manager.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, able to forecast and provide the business with a model on our revenue growth areas.

You will lead on periodic revenue forecasting and reporting; identify reasons for variances to forecast and investigate and implement processes for improving forecasting accuracy. Maintain and develop the company revenue model for forecasting passenger revenue; to include periodic and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and strategic planning/franchise bidding as appropriate.

You should be able to monitor key revenue trends and identify future risks and opportunities; prepare regular and adhoc report on revenue performance; manage the quarterly re-forecasting process including buy-in from relevant stakeholders. 

Your ability and skills sets within modelling will be at advance level as will you knowledge of Excel. You will need to well organised and able to prioritise workloads, have strong communication skills along with the ability to write strong business cases.

Knowledge in rail industry revenue forecasting and analysis techniques along with ticketing and retail systems will stand you in good grounds.
