We are recruiting for 6 positions with 3 working Thursday-Sunday and 3 Friday-Monday
Full training for the role to be provided and uniform provided,
This position will require you to work a combination of early starts, late finishes, and weekends.  

• The suitable candidate must be able to get to the early shifts by their own means of transport. The role entails an average of 35 hours per week. 
• This role can be physically demanding, and applicants will need to be able to move a trolley through the train.

Join Our Team as a Onboard Host/ Catering Stores Summer Casual at Norwich. Please note that this is a fixed term position expected to last 6 months.

The Role 

The focus of this role is the retailing of Food and Drink On-Board our trains between Norwich and Liverpool Street from either the Cafe Bar or via an At-Seat Trolley Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your skills to drive sales
• Provide an effective level of customer service as part of an On-Board Team
• Offer information and assistance to passengers
• Perform some light cleaning duties
• Support service duties in addition to customer interactions

• Have a friendly, approachable demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively  
• Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations   
• Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team  
• Take pride in your work in order to ensure customer safety   
• Have team spirit and bring your unique self to strengthen our team and foster a positive work environment 
• Catering Stores duties include accepting delivery of Stock, taking orders from On-Board Hosts and arranging delivery of stock to trains
