The Role:

The AP Assistant is responsible for ensuring complete capture of invoices and supporting documentation into our systems. Manual matching of invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts. Communicates with purchase owners/cost centre owners to ensure relevant purchase orders and goods receipts are in place.

You should have:

  • Analytical experience (AP experience desirable)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Proficient in use of MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Able to build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a fast-paced learner who thrives on variety and can embrace change
  • Commitment to our customers, our business and our success

What you will get:

  • £26,100 - £28,100 depending on experience
  • Permanent Role
  • Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours.
  • Hybrid working (60% in Glasgow office)
